Founder Led
Greg Tennant is a founder, operator, and execution specialist.
Over the past 20 years, he has worked across startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises, helping companies redesign how they run as they grow.
His experience spans the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, across both founder-led environments and complex, scaled organisations. He has led operating model redesigns, execution and agile transformations, and large-scale delivery across business units, markets, and functions, working from the C-suite through to frontline teams, in industries including financial services, automotive, hospitality, retail, oil and gas, and technology.
His work sits at a consistent inflection point: when growth increases complexity and execution starts to break.
This shaped a core belief that underpins andExecute: strategy sets direction, but how the business runs determines whether it delivers.
Today, Greg works directly with founders, CEOs, and investors to fix execution and help companies scale beyond borders, and make it work.
